I just wanted to let  you know that I love, love, love your workouts.
I am a video workout fanatic and have been for over 10 years so I have tried
virtually everything on the market and own hundreds.
Your workouts offer such new and innovative exercises that I have never seen
or tried before (even so different from the original Callanetics).
Every time I am doing one of your dvds, I am loving the workouts, thinking
"Wow, I just know this is going to change my body for the better.
I must write her and let her know how much I love these".
Just so you know, I have never written a workout company before.

The DVD's have been choreographed by Sylvia Lampe, the President of the Callanetics Teachers Association of South Africa (CTASA). CTASA is the professional body for people teaching the South African Callanetics Program. Sylvia has been working in the health and fitness industry since 1982 and started teaching Callanetics in 1990. Sylvia teaches Callanetics and offers teacher training at her studio in Randburg.

  The DVDs are region free and are available in both PAL and NTSC format so they play in all DVD players and in all countries
 

  The DVDs have chapters which means you can easily select the chapter for the body part you want to exercise!
 

 

  They are suitable for all ages and fitness levels from beginner to advanced. You just do as much as you can of one exercise and then go on to the next one. As you improve, you do more
 

 

  The DVD's usually have two instructors demonstrating the exercises at any one time. One instructor may be demonstrating the basic posture while another may be demonstrating the advance posture. The DVD's are not of a class being filmed in action, but are of the actual instructors doing the exercises.
 

 

  With Callanetics, you are constantly working with your own fitness level and constantly improving your strength and flexibility. After years of teaching this program, I still get a little stiff a day or two later, even though my muscles are really strong and toned. You are always working within your strength limitations and always pushing the limit that little bit more.

The DVD's arrived today and they all play fine in my DVD players. YAY!
I am so glad that I ordered these.
I have original Callanetics, Lotte Berk, The Bar Method and FutureGym.
I was hoping these would be different than what I have and they certainly are.
I only perused them briefly but I can tell they
have a different feel to them and they are definitely different exercises.
Almost like advanced Callanetics but yet with a Yoga/Pilates feel to them.
I am very excited to have them and can't wait to use them.

Beginner Workout
(also the Pregnancy Workout)

This DVD has been designed for both the beginner and pregnant woman and those people who have back problems.

The title says 'Pregnancy Workout' but it is a more gentle workout which is just wonderful if you are new to Callanetics, starting back again or for those days when you need to workout but don't have the oomph to go hard......and don't we all have days like that!

50 minutes in length divided into chapters for warm up, arms, legs, hips, butt and tummy - also has a relaxation chapter at the end.

 

 

 

 

Workout 2

The second DVD offers a full body routine that raises the intensity of the workout a little more.

85 minutes in length - divided into chapters for legs, waist, butt, tummy and arms.

 

 
 

Mini Workouts 1

This DVD is excellent for those days where you want to workout but don't want to do a full one hour workout.

You can also use this DVD to work the area of your body that needs more shaping than other parts.  
 

82 minutes in length - contains and introduction and three 20 minute routines – one for the upper body and arms, one the tummy and waist and another for the hips, butt and legs.

 

 

 

 

 

Mini Workouts 2

This DVD is allows you the flexibility to workout you whole body or do the bits you feel like doing. Do one mini workout if that is all you have time for or want to do or add in another.

87 minutes in length - contains 5 workouts between 15 and 20 minutes in length - one for arms, chest and shoulders, one for waist and tummy, one for legs, one for butt and hips and also has a lovely stretch routine which is fabulous for the days when you need to do something but really don't want to do anything!!
